At the heart of CEA Marketing, you’ll find the entrepreneur who started it all; Kelly Bosetti. After graduating from Ohio University, Kelly earned a highly-coveted marketing position with the New York Rangers. If she learned anything in this position, it was that she had a killer slap shot, and that she was destined for the industry of marketing.
If you know Kelly, you know she is an out of the box thinker and always has a "go big or go home" state of mind. Putting her leadership skills and dedication to the test, Kelly created CEA Marketing Group. For over 15 years, CEA has been a thriving full-service advertising and marketing agency. Kelly made a commitment to keep the agency cutting edge, resulting in leading the Tampa Bay area with latest and greatest marketing tools.
Kelly wears many hats. She is a proud mother of three (plus dog, Lexi), board member for national and local affiliations, woman business owner, MIRM ® former figure skater, public speaker and marketing trainer.
To say she does it all- barely even scratches the surface.

Graphic designer, artist and lover of all things that lurk in the deep depths of the ocean, her innate desire to learn and create drives her work. Growing up with her nose in a book left her with a thirst for new and exciting adventures that translated into how she tackles every aspect of life. From tiling floors and putting up fences, to making elaborate hand-lettered quotes and killer designs for ads, Diana is the epitome of creativity. INTERACTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER
With 8+ years experience in digital and traditional marketing under her belt, Erika brings a unique background to the CEA Marketing team. Erika got her social media feet wet in college, using basic coding to personalize her friends’ MySpace pages. An unconventional start, yes, but it helped develop her love for the beautification of people’s personal brands. Erika has developed marketing and social media strategies for companies such as Transamerica Financial Advisors, Women’s Running Magazine, and the Women’s Half Marathon series, as well as countless other small businesses, organizations, and events. Through the online connectivity of everyone, she believes that the heyday of big-box marketing has evolved to create a more personalized, localized experience. And for someone who got their start making glittery digital backgrounds, that’s pretty darn exciting.
